Salma El-Shurafa is an executive coach and leadership facilitator with nearly two decades’ worth of experience in coaching and leadership. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), and a faculty member at the Coaching Training Institute (CTI). El-Shurafa is also the founder of the Pathway Project.
